Host An Event

When hosting a registration recruitment event for NMDP, the following are necessary:

  • Volunteer must complete training prior to hosting an event
  • NMDP will not guarantee our presence, but will work to do our best to be available when we can
  • Volunteers must recruit and train any other volunteers who help with the event
  • Once you complete the form, a member of the volunteer team will discuss event details with you
  • NMDP will provide event supplies

If you are looking for NMDP to attend your conference or health fair, please know we will do our best to be in person as we are able, but most likely you will be the one fulfilling the booth requirements.

  • This form is intended to capture information if you are interested in hosting an event. If you have hosted an event in the past please reach out to your local staff. If you do not know who that is you can email Volunteer Programs at volunteers@nmdp.org
  • Submitting this form does not guarantee your event.  We will make every effort to participate as schedules allow.
  • Interested in being a volunteer? Find local opportunities or see other ways to be involved
